25technician if the political subdivision provides the department of administration

2being paid died in the line of duty. The political subdivision shall seek
3reimbursement from the department of administration, using a form provided by the
4department of administration that specifies the premium amounts paid by the
5political subdivision and the names, ages, and marital status of the individuals for
6whom the premiums were paid. The political subdivision shall also certify that the
7premiums could not be paid under a different employment-related benefit that was
8provided to the fire fighter, law enforcement officer, or emergency medical
9technician.
