Analysis by the Legislative Reference Bureau
This bill eliminates the administrative code chapter for the Department of
Health Services related to revolving loans for group homes for recovering substance
abusers. The statutory authority for the administrative code chapter and the
appropriation related to the revolving loan fund were repealed in the 2007-09
Biennial Budget Act.
The people of the state of Wisconsin, represented in senate and assembly, do
enact as follows:
