7whether the operator should submit to an examination under this section. The
8examination may consist of an assessment. If the examination indicates that
9education or treatment for a disability, disease or condition concerning the use of
10alcohol, a controlled substance or a controlled substance analog is appropriate, the
11department may order a driver safety plan in accordance with s. 343.30 (1q). If there
12is noncompliance with assessment or the driver safety plan, the department shall
13revoke the person's operating privilege in the manner specified in s. 343.30 (1q) (d).
