12Section 493 . 20.505 (1) (gs) of the statutes is renumbered 20.155 (1) (gr) and

All moneys received from the payment of fees under the rules
16promulgated under s. 16.969 196.492 (2) (b) for distributions to counties, towns,

18Section 494 . 20.505 (1) (jg) of the statutes is created to read:
19 20.505 (1) (jg) Security operations centers; program revenues. All moneys from
20fees charged under s. 16.978 (4) (c) for the operation of security operations centers
21and regional security operations centers under s. 16.978 and for the provision of
22services through those centers.
23Section 495 . 20.505 (1) (kk) of the statutes is created to read:
24 20.505 (1) (kk) Tribal grants. The amounts in the schedule for the grants to
25American Indian tribes or bands in this state under ss. 16.07 and 16.08. All moneys

1transferred from the appropriation account under sub. (8) (hm) 26. shall be credited
2to this appropriation account. Notwithstanding s. 20.001 (3) (a), the unencumbered
3balance on June 30 of each year shall revert to the appropriation account under sub.

5Section 496. 20.505 (1) (ks) of the statutes is amended to read:
6 20.505 (1) (ks) Collective bargaining grievance arbitrations. The amounts in
7the schedule for the payment of the state's share of costs related to collective
8bargaining grievance arbitrations under s. 111.86. All moneys received from state
9agencies or authorities for the purpose of reimbursing the state's share of the costs
10related to grievance arbitrations under s. 111.86 and to reimburse the state's share
11of costs for training related to grievance arbitrations shall be credited to this
12appropriation account.
13Section 497 . 20.505 (1) (kt) of the statutes is created to read:
14 20.505 (1) (kt) Tribal grants; other. The amounts in the schedule for the grants
15under s. 16.085. All moneys transferred from the appropriation account under sub.
16(8) (hm) 27. shall be credited to this appropriation account. Notwithstanding s.
1720.001 (3) (a), the unencumbered balance on June 30 of each year shall revert to the
18appropriation account under sub. (8) (hm).
19Section 498. 20.505 (4) (c) of the statutes is created to read:

3Section 524 . 20.566 (1) (g) of the statutes is amended to read:

5From moneys received from the appropriation under s. 20.835 (4) (g), the amounts
6in the schedule for the purpose of administering the county and municipal taxes
7under subch. V of ch. 77. The balance of all taxes collected under subch. V of ch. 77,
8after the distribution under s. 77.76 (3), shall be credited to this appropriation.
9Notwithstanding s. 20.001 (3) (a), at the end of the fiscal year the unencumbered
10balance of this appropriation account lapses to the general fund.
