Rule Submittal Date
On August 14, 2003, the Department of Agriculture, Trade and Consumer Protection submitted a proposed rule to the Wisconsin Legislative Council Rules Clearinghouse affecting ch.
ATCP 30, relating to pesticide product restrictions.
Agency Procedure for Promulgation
The department will hold public hearings on this rule after the Rules Clearinghouse completes its review. The department's Agricultural Resource Management Division is primarily responsible for this rule.
