Notice of Availability of a Legislative Report Relating to Wisconsin's Air State Implementation Plan
All interested persons are advised that the Department of Natural Resources (DNR) intends to submit proposed rules as contained in Natural Resources Board Order AM-09-06 (Clearinghouse Rule No. 06-047) to the United States Environmental Protection Agency (USEPA) for incorporation into Wisconsin's air state implementation plan to meet requirements contained in the Federal Clean Air Act
42 USC 7401, et seq . DNR has submitted these proposed rules, which amend certain sections
in chs.
NR 406,
407 and
410, Wis. Adm. Code, to exempt certain minor sources from requirements to obtain construction and operation permits, as a report to the legislative standing committees for environmental matters as required under s.
