On December 22, 2008, the Department of Natural Resources submitted a proposed rule-making order to the Wisconsin Legislative Council Rules Clearinghouse.
Analysis
The proposed order revises Chapters
NR 421 and
439, relating to the application of reasonably available control technology for volatile organic compound emissions from certain operations within the synthetic organic chemical manufacturing industry.
Agency Procedure for Promulgation
A public hearing is scheduled for January 28, 2009. The Bureau of Air Management is responsible for promulgation of the rules.
