227.15, Stats.

SCOPE STATEMENT: The scope statement for this rule, SS
010-14, was approved by the governor on
February 13, 2014, published in
Register No. 698 on
February 28, 2014, and approved by the secretary of the department on
March 11, 2014.
The department will hold a public hearing on May 15, 2014, in Madison.
