On June 23, 2014, the Department of Natural Resources submitted a proposed rule in final draft form to the chief clerk of the Senate and Assembly pursuant to s.
227.19 (2), Stats. The proposed rule revises Chapters
NR 157,
219, and
233, related to analytical test methods and procedures for the analysis of wastewater and bio-solids.
This rule was approved by the Governor on June 16, 2014, pursuant to s.
227.185, Stats.
