29.559 29.559 Issuing fee.
29.559(1)(1)Collection of issuing fee.
29.559(1)(a)(a) Any person, including the department, who issues any license or stamp under this chapter shall collect, in addition to the statutory license or stamp fee, an issuing fee for each license and each stamp the person issued. Except as provided in par. (b), a person appointed under s. 29.024 (6) (a) 2., 3., or 4. may retain 50 cents of each issuing fee for each license and 15 cents for each issuing fee of each stamp to compensate for services in issuing the license or stamp.
29.559(1)(b) (b) A person appointed under s. 29.024 (6) (a) 3. may retain the entire issuing fee for each temporary disabled person fishing license the person issues in order to compensate for services in issuing the license.
29.559(1)(c) (c) Any person, including the department, who issues a wild turkey hunting tag under s. 29.164 (4) (b) or a sturgeon hook and line tag under s. 29.2285 (3) (b) shall collect, in addition to the statutory fee, and issuing fee for each tag that the person is issued. A person appointed under s. 29.024 (6) (a) 2., 3., or 4. may retain 15 cents for each issuing fee of each tag to compensate for services in issuing the tag.
29.559(1m) (1m)Collection of issuing fee for certain approval applications. A person authorized to distribute an application under s. 29.553 shall collect, in addition to the processing fee, an issuing fee for each application.
29.559(1r) (1r)Collection of issuing fee for bonus deer hunting permits. Any person, including the department, who issues a bonus deer hunting permit shall collect, in addition to the statutory permit fee, an issuing fee for each permit. A person appointed under s. 29.024 (6) (a) 2., 3. or 4. may retain 50 cents of each issuing fee for each permit to compensate for services in issuing the permit.
29.559(2) (2)Department employees. An issuing fee collected by any employee of the department shall be remitted to the department together with the statutory approval fee.

29.561 29.561 Back tag number reservation fee.
29.561(1) (1)Collection of fee. The department shall establish a system under which the department shall reserve a deer hunting back tag number for a person who pays a reservation fee. The department may limit the number of back tag numbers that may be reserved under this system. Upon payment of the fee each year, the department shall issue the same back tag number to that person. Any person, including the department, who reserves a back tag number shall collect, in addition to each reservation fee, an issuing fee of 50 cents.
29.561(2) (2)Handling and retention of fees. An issuing fee collected by any employee of the department under this section shall be remitted to the department. An issuing fee collected by a person appointed under s. 29.024 (6) (am) 2. or 3. may retain the issuing fee to compensate for services in making the reservation.

29.563(2m) (2m)Hunting approvals for certain nonresidents. The fees for hunting approvals for a 12 to 17 year-old who is not a resident and who exhibits proof that his or her parent is a resident shall be the same as the fees for hunting approvals for residents under sub. (2) (a) and (c).
29.563(3) (3)Fishing approvals. Except as provided in sub. (3m), the fees for fishing approvals are as follows:
