(1r) Collection of issuing fee for bonus deer hunting permits. Any person, including the department, who issues a bonus deer hunting permit shall collect, in addition to the statutory permit fee, an issuing fee for each permit. A person appointed under
s. 29.024 (6) (a) 2.,
3. or
4. may retain 50 cents of each issuing fee for each permit to compensate for services in issuing the permit.

(2) Department employees. An issuing fee collected by any employee of the department shall be remitted to the department together with the statutory approval fee.

Back tag number reservation fee. 29.561(1)

Collection of fee. The department shall establish a system under which the department shall reserve a deer hunting back tag number for a person who pays a reservation fee. The department may limit the number of back tag numbers that may be reserved under this system. Upon payment of the fee each year, the department shall issue the same back tag number to that person. Any person, including the department, who reserves a back tag number shall collect, in addition to each reservation fee, an issuing fee of 50 cents.

(2) Handling and retention of fees. An issuing fee collected by any employee of the department under this section shall be remitted to the department. An issuing fee collected by a person appointed under
s. 29.024 (6) (am) 2. or
3. may retain the issuing fee to compensate for services in making the reservation.

(2r) Hunting approvals for 10 and 11 year olds. The fee for a hunting approval listed under
sub. (2) issued to a person who is 10 or 11 years of age is $4.25.

(3m) Fishing approvals for certain nonresidents. The fees for fishing licenses for a 16 or 17 year-old who is not a resident and who exhibits proof that his or her parent is a resident shall be the same as the fees for fishing licenses for residents under
sub. (3) (a).

(3r) Reduced fees for certain annual fishing licenses. 29.563(3r)(a)(a) Instead of the fee charged under
sub. (3) (a) 1., the department shall charge a reduced fee for a resident annual fishing license if the applicant holds a resident one-day fishing license under
s. 29.219 (2m) that is valid during the same year for which the annual license is issued. The reduced fee shall be an amount equal to the difference between the fee for the resident annual fishing license under
sub. (3) (a) 1. and the fee for a resident one-day fishing license under
sub. (3) (a) 4m.
29.563(3r)(b)
(b) Instead of the fee charged under
sub. (3) (b) 1., the department shall charge a reduced fee for a nonresident annual fishing license if the applicant holds a nonresident one-day fishing license under
s. 29.228 (4m) that is valid during the same year for which the annual license is issued. The reduced fee shall be an amount equal to the difference between the fee for the nonresident annual fishing license under
sub. (3) (b) 1. and the fee for a nonresident one-day fishing license under
sub. (3) (a) 5m.

(4) Combination approvals. The fees for combination approvals are as follows:
