Fox River Navigational System Authority. There is appropriated, from the conservation fund, or from other funds if so indicated, to the Fox River Navigational System Authority for the following program:

Administration, operation, repair, and rehabilitation. From the general fund, all moneys received from the sale of surplus land under
2005 Wisconsin Act 25, section 9105 (14q) except as provided in

16.848 (1), to be used for administration of the authority and the operation, repair, and rehabilitation of the Fox River lock system.
