2021 WISCONSIN ACT

An Act to repeal 118.40 (2r) (cq); and to amend 118.40 (2r) (b) 1. h. of the statutes; relating to: the number of independent charter schools authorized by the College of Menominee Nation or the Lac Courte Oreilles Ojibwe College.

The people of the state of Wisconsin, represented in senate and assembly, do enact as follows:

SB695,1g Section 1g. 118.40 (2r) (b) 1. h. of the statutes is amended to read:

118.40 (2r) (b) 1. h. The Lac Courte Oreilles Ojibwa community Ojibwe college.

SB695,1m Section 1m. 118.40 (2r) (cq) of the statutes is repealed.
