AB131-ASA1-AA1,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the substitute amendment as follows:

AB131-ASA1-AA1,1,3 1. Page 1, line 3: delete the material beginning with that line and ending with page 2, line 3, and substitute:

AB131-ASA1-AA1,1,4 " Section 1g. 425.109 (1) of the statutes is renumbered 425.109 (1r).

AB131-ASA1-AA1, s. 1r Section 1r. 425.109 (1g) of the statutes is created to read:

AB131-ASA1-AA1,1,8 425.109 (1g) In this section, "creditor" also includes an assignee of a creditor and any other person, other than a customer, seeking to enforce a cause of action arising from a consumer credit transaction.".
