AB175-AA1,1,2 1. Page 2, line 8: after that line insert:

AB175-AA1,1,3 " Section 3m. 66.1105 (7) (ak) 2. of the statutes is amended to read:

AB175-AA1,1,7 66.1105 (7) (ak) 2. For a district that is created after September 30, 1995, and before October 1, 2004, and that is not subject to subd. 1., 23 years after the district was created, and, except as provided in subd. 3., for a district that is created before October 1, 1995, 27 years after the district is created.

AB175-AA1, s. 4m Section 4m. 66.1105 (7) (ak) 3. of the statutes is created to read:

AB175-AA1,1,10 66.1105 (7) (ak) 3. For Tax Incremental District Number 2 in the city of Racine, 37 years after the district is created.".
