AB187-AA2,1,2 1. Page 1, line 4: delete "and providing a penalty".

AB187-AA2,1,3 2. Page 4, line 8: delete lines 8 to 12 and substitute:

AB187-AA2,1,4 " Section 8m. 346.95 (11) of the statutes is created to read:

AB187-AA2,1,6 346.95 (11) Notwithstanding s. 939.61 (1), there is no penalty for a violation of s. 346.94 (20).".
