SENATE AMENDMENT 1, TO 2009 ASSEMBLY BILL 2

AB2-SA1,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

AB2-SA1,1,2 1. Page 2, line 1: after "(1r)" insert "(a)".

AB2-SA1,1,3 2. Page 2, line 5: delete "(a)" and substitute "1.".

AB2-SA1,1,4 3. Page 2, line 7: delete "(b)" and substitute "2.".

AB2-SA1,1,5 4. Page 2, line 9: delete "(c)" and substitute "3.".

AB2-SA1,1,6 5. Page 2, line 10: delete "paragraph" and substitute "subdivision".

AB2-SA1,1,7 6. Page 2, line 11: delete "(d)" and substitute "4.".

AB2-SA1,1,8 7. Page 2, line 13: after that line insert:

AB2-SA1,1,11 "(b) On or before August 1 of each odd-numbered year, the department shall submit a report to the chief clerk of each house of the legislature under s. 13.172 (2) describing the following:

AB2-SA1,2,2 1. How many times in each of the fiscal years in the previous fiscal biennium the requirement under par. (a) affected the purchase of contractual services.

AB2-SA1,2,6 2. For each instance under subd. 1., the difference between the actual cost of the contractual services when the requirement under par. (a) applied to the purchase and the presumed cost, to the best of the department's knowledge, of the contractual services if the requirement under par. (a) would not have applied to the purchase.".
