AB214-SSA2-SA1,1,8 2. Page 7, line 10: after "adoption." insert "A posttermination contact agreement in which one of the parties is a parent, as defined in s. 48.02 (13) for purposes of the application of s. 48.028 and the federal Indian Child Welfare Act, 25 USC 1901 to 1963, is not required to contain the acknowledgement described in this paragraph.".
