AB316-AA1,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

AB316-AA1,1,2 1. Page 4, line 14: after "systems," insert "granting rule-making authority,".

AB316-AA1,1,3 2. Page 22, line 15: after that line insert:

AB316-AA1,1,4 " Section 45g. 118.38 (2) of the statutes is renumbered 118.38 (2) (am).

AB316-AA1, s. 45r Section 45r. 118.38 (2) (bm) of the statutes is created to read:

AB316-AA1,1,9 118.38 (2) (bm) The department shall promulgate rules establishing criteria for waiving the requirement to schedule at least the number of hours of direct pupil instruction specified under s. 121.02 (1) (f) 2. if school is closed for a reason specified in s. 115.01 (10) (a) 2. or 3.".

AB316-AA1,1,11 " Section 115m. 166.03 (8) (d) to (g) of the statutes are repealed.".

AB316-AA1,1,13 4. Page 70, line 24: delete "licensed as a veterinarian under ch." and substitute "licensed as a veterinarian or certified as a veterinary technician under ch.".

AB316-AA1,1,14 5. Page 70, line 25: delete "453," and substitute "453,".

AB316-AA1,2,3 6. Page 75, line 18: after "450," insert "licensed as a veterinarian or certified as a veterinary technician under ch. 453,".

AB316-AA1,2,5 7. Page 76, line 15: delete that line and substitute "services provider, or substance abuse prevention provider.".

AB316-AA1,2,6 8. Page 77, line 14: delete lines 14 to 25.
