AB342-AA1,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

AB342-AA1,1,2 1. Page 2, line 7: after that line insert:

AB342-AA1,1,3 "(bm) "Lodging establishment" has the meaning given in s. 106.52 (1) (d).".

AB342-AA1,1,4 2. Page 2, line 13: after "(11m)," insert "and subject to sub. (4),".

AB342-AA1,1,7 3. Page 3, line 1: after "home" insert "or, if the person is away from his or her home and has procured at least one night's lodging in a lodging establishment, the person travels no more than 5 miles from the lodging establishment".

AB342-AA1,1,8 4. Page 3, line 14: after that line insert:

AB342-AA1,1,12 "(4) In addition to the requirements under sub. (2) (a) to (d), operation of a lightweight utility vehicle on a forest road under the exclusive jurisdiction of the U.S. forest service is subject to all applicable requirements and restrictions under 36 CFR 212, 251, 261, and 295.".
