AB439-AA2,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

AB439-AA2,1,3 1. Page 4, line 23: delete "dealer licensed under" and substitute "of the following:".

AB439-AA2,1,4 2. Page 4, line 24: before "subch." insert:

AB439-AA2,1,5 "1. Any dealer licensed under".

AB439-AA2,1,6 3. Page 4, line 25: after that line insert:

AB439-AA2,1,8 "2. Any dealer that derives less than 50 percent of its revenues from sales of powersports vehicles.".
