AB472-AA1,1,2 1. Page 3, line 11: delete lines 11 to 14 and substitute:

AB472-AA1,1,7 "458.01 (5m) "Broker market analysis" means an analysis of a property made by a broker or salesperson licensed under ch. 452, if the analysis is within the scope of the broker's or salesperson's licensure and is used solely to establish a listing price or to set a purchase price, or if the analysis is used to establish a value for purposes other than a real estate transaction or mortgage.".
