AB503-AA1,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

AB503-AA1,1,3 1. Page 2, line 6: delete "if the actor is a child when the violation occurs." and substitute ". if any of the following applies:".

AB503-AA1,1,4 2. Page 2, line 8: after that line insert:

AB503-AA1,1,5 " Section 2h. 948.10 (1) (b) 1. and 2. of the statutes are created to read:

AB503-AA1,1,6 948.10 (1) (b) 1. The actor is a child when the violation occurs.

AB503-AA1,1,9 2. The child who is the victim has attained the age of 16 years when the violation occurs, and the conduct of both the actor and the child who is the victim indicates that the violation was not without consent.".
