AB503-AA2,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

AB503-AA2,1,3 1. Page 2, line 6: delete "if the actor is a child when the violation occurs." and substitute ". if any of the following applies:".

AB503-AA2,1,4 2. Page 2, line 8: after that line insert:

AB503-AA2,1,5 " Section 2h. 948.10 (1) (b) 1. and 2. of the statutes are created to read:

AB503-AA2,1,6 948.10 (1) (b) 1. The actor is a child when the violation occurs.

AB503-AA2,1,8 2. At the time of the violation, the actor had not attained the age of 19 years and was not more than 4 years older than the child.".
