AB534-ASA1-AA1,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the substitute amendment as follows:

AB534-ASA1-AA1,1,2 1. Page 1, line 5: after "district" insert "and in certain private schools".

AB534-ASA1-AA1,1,3 2. Page 8, line 18: after that line insert:

AB534-ASA1-AA1,1,4 " Section 5m. 119.23 (10m) of the statutes is created to read:

AB534-ASA1-AA1,1,8 119.23 (10m) Section 118.42 (2), (3) (b) (intro.) and 1. and (c), (4), and (5) applies to private schools participating in the program under this section, insofar as applicable. For the purpose of this section, the following terms used in s. 118.42 have the meaning indicated:

AB534-ASA1-AA1,1,10 (a) "Public school" means a private school participating in the program under this section.

AB534-ASA1-AA1,1,12 (b) "School board" means the governing body of a private school participating in the program under this section.

AB534-ASA1-AA1,1,13 (c) "School district superintendent" means administrator.".
