SENATE AMENDMENT 1, TO 2009 ASSEMBLY BILL 579

AB579-SA1,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

AB579-SA1,1,3 1. Page 3, line 9: after "61.," insert "Marquette University must establish that it finally has a football team and".

AB579-SA1,1,9 2. Page 4, line 12: after "state." insert "Any vehicle with this license plate must have a horn that plays "On Wisconsin." Any license plate supporting Marquette University is required to have the words UW-Marquette on it. All license plates must be in the colors of Badger Red and White and contain a Bucky the Badger logo on them. Any funds raised by the sale of these license plates goes to the University of Wisconsin System Athletic Programs.".

AB579-SA1,1,12 3. Page 4, line 22: delete the material beginning with "on January" and ending with "later." on line 23 and substitute "when Marquette University finally gets a football team.".
