ASSEMBLY AMENDMENT 2, TO 2009 ASSEMBLY BILL 664

AB664-AA2,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

AB664-AA2,1,3 1. Page 3, line 24: delete the material beginning with ", varieties, or" and ending with "combinations" on line 25 and substitute "or varieties".

AB664-AA2,1,5 2. Page 4, line 2: delete ", varieties, or combinations" and substitute "or varieties".

AB664-AA2,1,6 3. Page 4, line 3: delete ", variety, or combination" and substitute "or variety".

AB664-AA2,1,7 4. Page 4, line 4: delete ", variety, or combination" and substitute "or variety".

AB664-AA2,1,9 5. Page 4, line 7: delete ", varieties, or combinations" and substitute "or varieties".

AB664-AA2,1,10 6. Page 4, line 9: after that line insert:

AB664-AA2,2,2 "(fg) If a chain restaurant offers a menu item that is a choice of combinations of other menu items, the chain restaurant shall display the number of calories for the combination that has the greatest number of calories and the number of calories for the combination that has the least number of calories, if there is more than one possible calorie total for the combinations.

AB664-AA2,2,4 (fr) If a chain restaurant offers a menu item that is intended to serve more than one customer, the chain restaurant shall display all of the following:

AB664-AA2,2,5 1. The number of customers that the menu item is intended to serve.

AB664-AA2,2,7 2. The calorie information required under par. (a) as a number of calories for a single serving of the menu item.".
