AB703-AA1,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

AB703-AA1,1,5 1. Page 3, line 3: delete the material beginning with "all" and ending with "districts" on line 4 and substitute "any affected county, school district, tax incremental district, technical college district, metropolitan sewerage district, town sanitary district, or inland lake protection and rehabilitation district".

AB703-AA1,1,6 2. Page 3, line 6: delete "2010" and substitute "2011".
