ASSEMBLY AMENDMENT 1, TO ASSEMBLY SUBSTITUTE AMENDMENT 1, TO 2009 ASSEMBLY BILL 910

AB910-ASA1-AA1,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the substitute amendment as follows:

AB910-ASA1-AA1,1,3 1. Page 8, line 1: delete the material beginning with "no" and ending with "not" on line 2 and substitute "each project shall be sited on land that is".

AB910-ASA1-AA1,1,5 2. Page 13, line 5: delete the material beginning with "any" and ending with "money" on line 6 and substitute "not more than $400,000".

AB910-ASA1-AA1,2,2 3. Page 13, line 20: after "transfer." insert "The cochairpersons shall send a copy of the request to each member of the committee and shall notify each member of the committee in writing that the member may request a meeting of the committee. If, within the period consisting of 14 working days after the date of the secretary's notification, a member requests that a meeting of the committee be held for the purpose of reviewing the proposed transfer, the cochairpersons shall call a meeting of the committee within that period and shall notify the secretary that a meeting is scheduled. As provided in section 13.10 (1) of the statutes, the meeting shall be held under section 13.10 of the statutes.".
