SB1-SSA1-SA4,2,11 "(10) Wage council approval. The department shall appoint a wage council under s. 104.06 to review the wages and allowances specified in subs. (1) to (6). If the wage council approves a wage or allowance specified in subs. (1) to (6), the department shall publish a notice in the Wisconsin Administrative Register stating that the wage or allowance approved by the wage council shall take effect on the first day of the first month beginning after publication of the notice. If the wage council does not approve a wage or allowance specified in subs. (1) to (6), the wage or allowance not approved by the wage council is void.".
