SB107-AA2,1,2 At the locations indicated, amend the bill, as shown by senate substitute amendment 1, as follows:

SB107-AA2,1,3 1. Page 13, line 10: substitute "2011" for "2010".

SB107-AA2,1,6 2. Page 13, line 11: delete lines 11 and 12 and substitute "manufacturer shall pay a shortfall fee under par. (d) if the amount calculated under that provision is a positive number, except that a manufacturer is not".

SB107-AA2,1,8 3. Page 13, line 15: delete the material beginning with that line and ending with page 14, line 14.

SB107-AA2,1,9 4. Page 14, line 24: delete "1.".

SB107-AA2,1,10 5. Page 15, line 18: delete "1. or".
