SENATE AMENDMENT 1, TO 2009 SENATE BILL 127

SB127-SA1,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

SB127-SA1,1,3 1. Page 3, line 3: after "action" insert "against a health care provider, as defined in s. 146.81 (1) (a) to (p),".

SB127-SA1,1,4 2. Page 3, line 4: delete that line and substitute "health care services, or".

SB127-SA1,1,5 3. Page 3, line 7: delete "shall be" and substitute "the amount recoverable is".

SB127-SA1,1,7 4. Page 3, line 8: after "(6)." insert "This subsection does not apply to a local health care officer or employee described or listed in s. 251.06".
