SB154-AA1,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

SB154-AA1,1,2 1. Page 1, line 6: after "bullying" insert ", and providing a penalty".

SB154-AA1,1,3 2. Page 10, line 1: before that line insert:

SB154-AA1,1,7 "(3) If a school board's policy under sub. (2) requires that school district officials and employees report incidents of bullying, and a school district official or employee fails to report an incident of bullying within the period required, the official or employee is subject to a forfeiture of $200 for each violation.".
