SB162-SA1,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

SB162-SA1,1,2 1. Page 1, line 3: after "boats" insert "and providing a penalty".

SB162-SA1,1,3 2. Page 2, line 14: after that line insert:

SB162-SA1,1,4 " Section 3m. 30.80 (2c) of the statutes is created to read:

SB162-SA1,1,8 30.80 (2c) Any person violating s. 30.62 (3) (c) shall be issued a warning notice instead of a violation for the first offense. Any person subsequently violating s. 30.62 (3) (c) shall forfeit not more than $50 for the 2nd offense and shall forfeit not more $100 upon conviction of a 3rd or subsequent offense.".
