SB20-SSA1-SA4,1,4 1. Page 4, line 11: delete that line and substitute "reasonable costs incurred in the action and attorney fees not to exceed 33 percent of the amount of damages awarded. Those damages are in".

SB20-SSA1-SA4,1,7 2. Page 5, line 7: delete that line and substitute "incurred in the action and attorney fees not to exceed 33 percent of the amount of damages awarded. Those damages are in addition to any back".
