SB218-AA1,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

SB218-AA1,1,3 1. Page 1, line 3: after "solicitations" insert "and the definition of telephone solicitations".

SB218-AA1,1,4 2. Page 2, line 1: delete lines 1 and 2 and substitute:

SB218-AA1,1,5 " Section 1. 100.52 (1) (i) of the statutes is amended to read:

SB218-AA1,1,8 100.52 (1) (i) "Telephone solicitation" means the unsolicited initiation of a telephone conversation or text message for the purpose of encouraging the recipient of the telephone call or text message to purchase property, goods or services.

SB218-AA1, s. 1m Section 1m. 100.52 (10) (a) of the statutes is renumbered 100.52 (10) and amended to read:".
