ASSEMBLY AMENDMENT 1, TO 2009 SENATE BILL 241

SB241-AA1,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

SB241-AA1,1,3 1. Page 1, line 2: delete "modifying the definition of all-terrain vehicle" and substitute "the width and tire requirements for an all-terrain vehicle".

SB241-AA1,1,4 2. Page 2, line 1: before that line insert:

SB241-AA1,1,5 " Section 1g. 23.33 (6) (f) of the statutes is created to read:

SB241-AA1,1,7 23.33 (6) (f) An all-terrain vehicle may not be modified so that its maximum width exceeds 50 inches.".

SB241-AA1, s. 1m Section 1m. 23.33 (6) (g) of the statutes is created to read:

SB241-AA1,1,10 23.33 (6) (g) An all-terrain vehicle may not be operated with tires other than low-pressure tires.".

SB241-AA1,1,11 3. Page 2, line 1: substitute "Section 1r" for "Section 1".
