SENATE AMENDMENT 2, TO 2009 SENATE BILL 244

SB244-SA2,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

SB244-SA2,1,4 1. Page 1, line 4: delete "I 94 north of Tomah I 39/USH 51 in Waushara" and substitute "I 94 north of Tomah to CTH "Z" in the town of Strongs Prairie in Adams County and from STH 13 north of the village of Friendship in Adams".

SB244-SA2,1,6 2. Page 2, line 6: delete the material beginning with "I 94" and ending with "Waushara" on line 7 and substitute "CTH "Z" to STH 13 in Adams".

SB244-SA2,1,8 3. Page 2, line 8: delete the material beginning with "from I" and ending with "Waushara" on line 9 and substitute "from CTH "Z" to STH 13 in Adams".

SB244-SA2,1,10 4. Page 2, line 12: delete "I 94 north of Tomah to I 39/USH 51 in Waushara" and substitute "CTH "Z" to STH 13 in Adams".
