SENATE AMENDMENT 2, TO 2009 SENATE BILL 279

SB279-SA2,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

SB279-SA2,1,2 1. Page 13, line 4: after that line insert:

SB279-SA2,1,3 " Section 23d. 71.07 (5j) (c) 3. of the statutes is created to read:

SB279-SA2,1,8 71.07 (5j) (c) 3. The department of commerce shall establish standards to adequately prevent, in the distribution of conventional fuel to an end user, the inadvertent distribution of fuel containing a higher percentage of renewable fuel than the maximum percentage established by the federal environmental protection agency for use in conventionally-fueled engines.".

SB279-SA2,1,10 " Section 26d. 71.28 (5j) (c) 3. of the statutes is created to read:

SB279-SA2,2,2 71.28 (5j) (c) 3. The department of commerce shall establish standards to adequately prevent, in the distribution of conventional fuel to an end user, the inadvertent distribution of fuel containing a higher percentage of renewable fuel than the maximum percentage established by the federal environmental protection agency for use in conventionally-fueled engines.".
