SB303-SA1,1,3 1. Page 2, line 4: delete "bodily harm injury" and substitute "substantial bodily harm, as defined in s. 939.22 (38),".

SB303-SA1,1,4 2. Page 3, line 13: after " death of" insert ", great bodily harm to,".

SB303-SA1,1,5 3. Page 3, line 14: delete " injury" and substitute "substantial bodily harm".
