SB323-SSA1-SA1,1,3 2. Page 2, line 22: delete " Diagnostic and" and substitute "Referral to".

SB323-SSA1-SA1,1,5 3. Page 2, line 23: delete "necessary services for confirmation of the presence of hearing loss and referral" and substitute "referrals".

SB323-SSA1-SA1,1,6 4. Page 2, line 24: after "programs" insert "for hearing loss".
