ASSEMBLY AMENDMENT 2, TO 2009 SENATE BILL 371

SB371-AA2,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

SB371-AA2,1,2 1. Page 1, line 5: delete "and".

SB371-AA2,1,4 2. Page 1, line 6: after "data" insert ", and making certain choice school information available".

SB371-AA2,1,6 3. Page 6, line 3: after that line, after the material inserted by senate amendment 1, insert:

SB371-AA2,1,8 " Section 4g. 119.23 (6m) (b) 3. d. of the statutes, as created by 2009 Wisconsin Act 28, is renumbered 119.23 (6m) (bm) and amended to read:

SB371-AA2,1,11 119.23 (6m) (bm) To Annually by June 1, to the extent permitted under 20 USC 1232g and 43 CFR part 99, provide to the department pupil scores on all standardized tests administered under sub. (7) (e) 1.

SB371-AA2, s. 4m Section 4m. 119.23 (6m) (d) of the statutes, as created by 2009 Wisconsin Act 28, is amended to read:

SB371-AA2,2,3 119.23 (6m) (d) Upon request by any pupil, or the parent or guardian of any minor pupil, who is attending or who applies to attend the private school person, provide the material specified in pars. (a) and, (b), and (bm).".
