SB373-SA1,1,2 1. Page 1, line 3: before that line insert:

SB373-SA1,1,3 " Section 1. 118.40 (2m) (c) of the statutes is created to read:

SB373-SA1,1,6 118.40 (2m) (c) A school board may on its own initiative establish by charter and operate a charter school. The charter shall include all of the provisions specified under sub. (1m) (b) 3. to 14.".

SB373-SA1,1,7 2. Page 1, line 3: substitute "Section 1m" for "Section 1".
