Eligibility assessment and counseling. Before enrolling an individual
4who may be eligible under this subsection in the plan under this section, the
5department shall assess the individual's eligibility, and counsel the individual on his
6or her eligibility, for other types of health care coverage, including state-sponsored
7health benefit or other medical aid programs, the Health Insurance Risk-Sharing
8Plan under ch. 149, and coverages under private health care plans, such as coverage
9for dependents under s. 632.885.".
