SB567-SA2,1,11 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:
SB567-SA2,1,3 21. Page 1, line 10: delete that line and substitute "providers; requiring the
3exercise of rule-making authority; and making an appropriation.".
SB567-SA2,1,4 42. Page 11, line 1: before that line insert:
SB567-SA2,1,5 5" Section 14p. Nonstatutory provisions.
SB567-SA2,1,11 6(1) Performance-based contracting system. The authorized FTE positions for
7the department of children and families are increased by 0.63 FED positions, to be
8funded from the appropriation under section 20.437 (1) (n) of the statutes, for the
9performance of services associated with the implementation of the
10performance-based contracting system under section 49.343 (6) of the statutes, as
11created by this act.
SB567-SA2,1,13 12(2) Required general fund balance. Section 20.003 (4) of the statutes does not
13apply to the action of the legislature in enacting this act.

1Section 14r. Fiscal changes.
SB567-SA2,2,9 2(1) Performance-based contracting system. In the schedule under section
320.005 (3) of the statutes for the appropriation to the department of children and
4families under section 20.437 (1) (a) of the statutes, as affected by the acts of 2009,
5the dollar amount is increased by $200,000 for the second fiscal year of the fiscal
6biennium in which this subsection takes effect to increase the authorized FTE
7positions for the department by 2.37 GPR positions for the performance of services
8associated with the implementation of the performance-based contracting system
9under section 49.343 (6) of the statutes, as created by this act.".
