SB62-AA23,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

SB62-AA23,1,2 1. Page 160, line 13: delete "and" and substitute "and".

SB62-AA23,1,3 2. Page 160, line 14: after "programs" insert ", but not".

SB62-AA23,1,6 3. Page 160, line 20: delete that line and substitute: "to the senses, and includes electricity, gas, steam, and water. "Tangible personal property" does not include prewritten computer".

SB62-AA23,1,7 4. Page 212, line 13: after that line insert:

SB62-AA23,1,8 " Section 480d. 77.54 (57) of the statutes is created to read:

SB62-AA23,1,11 77.54 (57) The sales price from the sale, license, lease, or rental of and the storage, use, or other consumption of prewritten computer software, regardless of how it is delivered.".
