SB62-AA48,1,2 1. Page 368, line 7: delete "to organizations in specific building trades".

If the eligible recipient is a labor organization or association, the department of commerce requires as a condition of the contract entered into under subdivision 2. c. that that labor organization or association permit individuals who are not members of the labor organization or association to participate in any training or instructional program that the labor organization or association provides to its members using the grant moneys awarded under this subsection. An individual who is not a member of the labor organization or association shall not be required to pay a higher fee for the training or instructional program than an individual who is a member of the labor organization or association.".
