SENATE AMENDMENT 2, TO 2009 SENATE BILL 630

SB630-SA2,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

SB630-SA2,1,3 1. Page 1, line 5: delete the material beginning with that line and ending with page 2, line 5.

SB630-SA2,1,5 2. Page 2, line 7: delete the material beginning with "The amounts in the schedule" and ending with "51.606 (2)" on line 9.

SB630-SA2,1,8 3. Page 2, line 10: delete "shall be credited to this appropriation account" and substitute "to reimburse an Indian tribe or band in this state or a county department as provided under s. 51.606 (2)".

SB630-SA2,1,12 4. Page 2, line 14: delete the material beginning with "be the" and ending with "(km)" on line 15 and substitute "be $250,000 or the amount remaining in this appropriation after all other transfers under subds. 1c. to 24. are made, whichever is less".
