SR2-SA3,1,3 " Section 14m. Senate rule 25 (5) is created to read:

SR2-SA3,1,6 Senate Rule 25 (5) A committee may not vote on any bill that has had a public hearing until the bill has laid over for at least 20 hours from the time of the public hearing.".
