(1) Attachment of lower Wisconsin state riverway board. The treatment of sections 15.07 (1) (b) 15., 15.345 (6) and 30.42 (1) (e) of the statutes and Section 9139 (1g) of this act take effect on January 1, 1996.

27,9442 Section 9442. Effective dates; natural resources.

(1)  Wildlife habitat aids. The treatment of sections 23.09 (17m) (title), (a), (by Section 1242) (b) (by Section 1244), (c), (d), (e), (f), (g), (h), (hg), (hr) and (i) and 28.11 (5) (a) of the statutes takes effect on January 1, 1996.
